So our day started out with Sky not having to go into work until 12 YAY! So once Mikena got up we went in and sang Happy Birthday to her. She was slightly confused but really excited about us singing to her. After we got her changed we went out to the living room where we had a ton of balloons and her gifts waiting for her. SHE LOVED the balloons. She was so excited and loved smacking them around. After playing with the balloons we helped her open her gifts and then enjoyed a morning of playing with toys, eating a yummy breakfast, and getting daddy ready for work. After dropping him off Mikena and I came home and got ready for her birthday party. We had our friends Ryker, Emmett, and Adeline over (along with the coordinating mommy) and had cupcakes and played with toys. MIKENA LOVED the attention and having her friends over. I think we are spoiled to have such great neighbors and friends.
After cupcakes we started making dinner and then had to go get daddy from work. We had such a fun day and I hope Mikena knows that she is a special girl and that I love her.
I just LOVE this girl.Happy brithday baby girl. Mommy and Daddy Love you tons.
