Mikena 5/2014

Mikena has been super silly lately. She is a very curious baby and loves to climb and explore.

We were playing with bubbles in the bathtub. We had so many bubbles that some stuck to her head, tummy, and all over the water. I think she liked that the bubbles stuck around longer.

I really needed to clean out the car for an upcoming vacation and I knew Mikena wouldn't cooperate for very long so I let her play in the car while I was cleaning it. She loved sitting in front.

This is her just being silly. She always smiles crooked and it just makes it more cute. I wonder if the reason why it is crooked is because she is trying to make a funny face or what. Who knows.

More Please

Yesterday we were able to see a new baby! Mikena got a new cousin a couple weeks ago and he is such a small and adorable little guy. Well as we were introducing Mikena to Noa we asked her what she thought of the baby. Her reply was in sign since that is how she likes to communicate lately and this was her response to the question. "More Please".... Umm how does one take that is that a sign saying we should try for another baby or does she just love her new cousin and wants to see him more?
Mikena was really cute with the baby and gave him kisses and was very soft with him. It was adorable to see and watch. I think when the day comes to have another baby that she will be a big help and a great big sister. She is so affectionate and sweet. I just love this girl to pieces.

Mothers Day 2014

Well happy mothers day (yesterday) to all the women and mothers out there.
This is my second mothers day and I can honestly say I LOVE being a mom to my little girl. It is so rewarding and just overall special to be with her daily and watch her grown and learn. She really is my joy and my world.

For my mothers day gift I made it super easy for Skyeler. I told him exactly what I wanted and he went and put forth the effort into doing it for me. I wanted a video of the birth story for our little Mikena.

Anyway I appreciate all the work and effort Skyeler put into this. He is amazing and I love him. I love my little girl and I know that I can be with them forever. I am so very grateful for my Savior and the plan that he has for all of us. I could not do anything unless I had his help in all things.
